		<description>I just thought i&#039;d add an update comment here. Since this post, i&#039;ve become a certified SCRUM master and acted as SCRUM Master on a large project (to get it back on track). I like SCRUM. My approach has been to follow the SCRUM way to the letter and only customise when we felt we understood the default and knew why we were changing. Worked very well for that project. Getting product owners to define sufficient detail seems to be the biggest problem!</description>
